CALINC Services was founded in 2008 by David Esparza, as an expansion of services provided through his affiliated companies CAL INC and CALINC Training LLC.

CALINC Services Inc (CSI) is a California licensed General Engineering “A”, General Construction “B” contractor (Lic#933895); CSI provides technical services and experienced personnel to support our clients' Gas and Electric Transmission and Distribution projects. Our main office is located in Laguna Niguel, CA.
